Frequently asked questions
Before you book a visit
Do you have to cut power to the whole building?
Usually only in the unit being upgraded, for 2–4 hours. We agree the date with neighbours or the manager.
Do you do acceptance and periodic measurements?
Our SEP E qualifications cover installation and operation up to 1 kV. Measurements with a protocol are done by an electrician with measurement qualifications — if they are needed for handover, we arrange them for you with a partner.
Do you also do small repairs?
Yes. Faults in Poznań are handled the same day; scope and cost are confirmed by phone before we arrive.
How long does a quote take?
